When we were first approached by Panorama mall developers, they introduced us to their concept of building a place that could carry the city vibes and transcend it to all the generations visiting. That's why while building the brand, we were keen on making it sound like an iconic place of the city and connecting it to the lifestyle of people visiting it. We started our branding process by researching the consumer behavior of shoppers in malls and how they would interact with the surrounding environment from the signage system, wayfinding, and banners. So when shaping the identity, we were more of creating a holistic system that could immerse all possible experiences.
